The Lisboa 1908 welcomes people from all over the world. We are hotel, restaurant and bar\n\nWhether you’re looking for the best sea food in town, independent cafes, locally sourced products to bring home to your friends and family, lowbrow dive bars, or dancing to some new indie band, Intendente delivers. The neighbourhood is a melting pot of cultures, cuisines and cool kids.\nWe do not want to be perceived just as great accommodation, our concept goes beyond a comfortable bed and a warm shower. We want to know how your day went, tell you what the locals are into these days, share tips of those who live and love this city, the contemporary Lisbon and the one from the past, alternatives to what you can find in most tourist guides.\nwould be impossible to mention 1908 Lisboa Hotel without taking a deeper look at the fabulous building that houses it. A 1908 award-winning building is reborn in XXI’s century Lisbon. When architect Adães Bermudes sketched the lot on the corner between Largo do Intendente and Av. Almirante Reis, he could not have imagined that 108 years later someone would pick his plans, rebuild his masterpiece and complete his project.\nAfter witnessing the decline of its neighbourhood in the late twentieth century, and becoming home, guest house, retailer and even lottery shop, it is time for the building to turn into a hotel and finally boast the splendour of its façade, proud of its war wounds, ready to help Portuguese and foreigners fall in love with the city.
