Surrounded by the lush vegetation of the Beira Interior in the beautiful Zezere River valley, where, in the words of the writer Miguel Torga, the Star is “high, immense and enigmatic”, you will find the ideal spot to enter the mountains and discover the unmistakable marks of glacial migrations.\n\nNature has gifted these places with medicinal waters, which have given birth to thermal baths nestled in these ancient forested hills. In the vast spaces of the country’s interior, historical cities and villages rise up guarded by castles that the early kings of Portugal commissioned to defend the kingdom. The mountain town of Manteigas is located in the heart of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, where INATEL Manteigas is situated.\n\nINATEL Manteigas has 64 totally equipped rooms distributed among four buildings. Bar, restaurant, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi and private parking.
